Todo Sobre Mi
In Spanish class we were tasked with creating a presentation introducing and telling about ourselves completely in Español! This is my slideshow!

I really liked this project, because we were using almost everything we had learned in Spanish class! It was a great refresher, and I learned some new things as well.
Which 21st Century Skills do you feel this assignment addresses, and why?
In this project I feel like the 21st century skill I used most was communication skills. Tough this project is online, and I'm not technically communicating with anyone, I was learning how to. I feel the whole point of Spanish class is not just learning how to speak a language because it's required, but for learning how to communicate with a variety of audiences. That's why it's one of my favorite classes!
What are you most proud of from this assignment, and why?
I am proud of my Spanish speaking skills in general. I feel I've come a long way. In the beginning I knew almost nothing, and now I know so much! I'm excited to learn more.
How did you develop and/or improve upon your 21st Century Skills with this assignment?
As previously stated, I knew close to no Spanish when I started this class. I remember in the beginning rolling my r's was very hard, and I had to really focus on what I was saying. Now I feel like it's almost natural! I feel I've really improved since the beginning of the year.
What was most difficult about completing this task?
The most difficult thing about completing this task was figuring out what to say. There was a guide and certain things we were supposed to mention, but the hard part was figuring out how to say it. I had to use a translator for some of the project, but there's always more to learn, and there's still plenty of things I don't know, so I figure it's okay to use a translator every once in a while!
How could you improve this work? If you could start over, what would you do different?
I'm a huge believer in the saying "there's always room for improvement", but I'm honestly very proud of this project, and I'm not sure I can think of anything I'd do differently!
How does this relate to what you have learned in the past?
In Spanish 1 we've been learning introductions since the beginning of the year, and this project is basically built off of that. I'm introducing myself not just by telling you my name and where I'm from, but by telling you about my personality and what I do in my free time! I'm proud of how far I've come learning this language!
How can you apply this to future learning?
I hope to keep speaking Spanish in the future, even after high school, so these introductory phrases will be very useful when meeting new people. (Hopefully I'll be able to use some of them if I travel to a Spanish speaking country!)
